Katherine O’Neill, PhD – President
Katherine has more than 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research. Before coming to PSR, she ran her own market research and consulting firm, O’Neil Consulting. In addition to earning a PhD in experimental psychology from the University of Rhode Island, she holds a certificate in medical marketing from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group and a founding member of the Mid-Atlantic Affiliate of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Jack Davis – Founding Partner
Before launching PSR, Jack was President/COO of Euro RSCG, one of the largest healthcare communications companies in the world. As a 20-year veteran of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Jack has held positions in market research, marketing, advertising, and communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in marketing from Penn State University.
